Senior Group Coaches

MIKE PARRATTO – Head Coach
Since the fall of 1984, Mike has served as the head coach for the Seacoast Swimming Association. While Mike oversees the entire program, his main focus is the Senior Group. Under his guidance, Seacoast has been one of the dominant teams in New England and developed many Junior National, Senior National and Olympic Trial qualifiers. Mike is a long time member of the New England Swimming Board of Directors and has served on a number of strategic planning and operations committees for USA Swimming. In addition, he has served on the staff for several national team camps and meets for USA Swimming. Mike is an ASCA level 5 certified coach.

Junior Group Coaches

BILL REEVES – Head Junior Coach
His primary coaching duty is as the head Junior Group Coach. Over the years, Bill has coached at every level of the program. Bill is a math teacher at Oyster River High School where he also serves as the high school swim coach. Bill is also a high level triathlete.

AMIE GINGRAS - Assistant Coach
Amie began swimming for Seacoast at the age of 9. She recently graduated from St. Bonaventure University where she swam all four years. Amie is currently working full time as a Guidance Counselor at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.

Age Group I Coaches

AMY PARRATTO – Head Age Group Coach
Amy began coaching for Seacoast in the fall of 1984. Her primary role is coaching the Age Group I program and overseeing the Age Group II program and coaching staff. In addition, Amy is the head diving coach for the Charles River Diving / N.H. branch. Amy is an ASCA level 3 certified coach.

LINDA LONG – Assistant Coach
Linda has been coaching for Seacoast for the past four years. She was a competitive swimmer from age 11 through college. Linda was a 12 time All-American in swimming at Wheaton College (Illinois).

NOELLE ATKINS - Assistant Coach
Noelle Atkins swam for Seacoast Swimming from the age 8 until 17. During her swimming career, Noelle qualified for many high level meets including the Olympic Trials. She attended Indian River in Fort Pierce, Florida on a full-scholarship for swimming and was an All-American in her events including the 100 and 200 freestyle. Noelle married this past summer and is now living in Portsmouth with her cat and new puppy Kody. Her husband Stephen is going to be attending law school in Andover, MA and Noelle is finishing up her Occupational Therapy degree at UNH. Noelle's primary coaching responsibilities are with Age Group I.

ASHLEY INMAN
Ashley grew up in Northern Virginia where she started competitively swimming at age 9. She recently graduated from Radford University in Virginia with a Masters and Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology. Ashley currently works with our Age Group 1 swimmers.


Age Group II Coaches

JENNIFER RUSSELL-BICKFORD
Jennifer grew up in Lewiston, Maine and swam for the Twin Cities Swim Team for 6 years. She recently graduated from UNH with a B.A. in Psychology and is in the process of applying to graduate school for Elementary Education. Jennifer has been a swimming instructor and lifeguard for 7 years and currently works at the Dover Indoor Pool. Jen will certainly bring her understanding of children and aquatics to our young group of swimmers.


MELISSA PARRATTO
Melissa began swimming at the age of 5 for Seacoast Swimming while her parents coached. After graduating Dover High School in 2009, she went on to the University of Pennsylvania where she is part of the varsity swim team. She plans to major in communications. Melissa will be coaching the Summer Session.
